Purification

The “Hedrich” filter machine that we use is a machine designed by a German company that has decades of experience and always innovates with the latest technology. The machine is able to purify the condition of transformer oil from residues / dirt to sizes as small as 1 micron, reduce the moisture content of the transformer oil with even heat so as not to damage the characteristics of the transformer oil, and remove gases in the internal transformer so that it is always in a vacuum condition.

We provide 2 machine capacities of 2000 Liters / Hour and 4000 Liters / Hour. The capacity of this machine will be adjusted to the capacity of the transformer so that the processing can be carried out efficiently without damaging the internal components of the transformer itself.

Dissolved Gas Analysis

The ECH Elektrochemie Gmbh machine – Energy Support machine that we use comes from Germany with the latest technology that fully works automatically and uses a standard laboratory so that the results obtained are accurate. This tool is superior to, the On-Site DGA machine where the accuracy of the results can be affected due to shocks during mobilization and weather factors.

We also ensure the condition of the oil and sample collection until the test time is similar to that in the transformer without contamination, by taking samples in accordance with standard procedures and using special plots according to IEC (International Electrotechnical Commission) Standards.

DGA Our test will produce 11 important gases to determine the condition of the transformer, some of which are H2 (Hydrogen), CO (carbon monoxide), CH4 (Methane), etc. Where the sensitivity of our test kits can reach 0.1 PPM (Parts Per Million) which is very suitable for conducting routine tests and new transformers to the aged.

Testing Transformer

We can do tests from distribution transformers to power transformers, one of the best test tools we use is Omicron Electronics GmbH from Austria.

Some of the transformer tests that we have often done are: BDV, Water Content, Insulation resistance, polarization index, turn ratio, no-load, winding resistance, dirana, tan delta, and SFRA. The services we go beyond transformer maintenance but also root cause analysis for quick and easy resolution.

We also ensure that the test kits we use are in good condition by calibrating them regularly according to the specified time.

Investigation Infrared

When electrical devices are being functioned, there will be electric current flowing through electronic components such as busbars, cables, lugs, straight connectors and so on. These electrical process will generate heat to the components. Therefore, Infrared investigation will help to determine whether the installed electrical device has been functioning properly, improper installation would generate excessive heat which can damage the device or its internal components, and in the extreme case even causing fires.

Therefore, we provide infrared investigation services to determine the temperature of electrical components that are operating under normal conditions and provide the necessary advice in the event of overheating or exceeding internationally applicable standards. Such test enables the electrical components to operate safely and with maximum shelf lives.
